Much larger and more accommodating than a typical Portsmouth Bed and Breakfast, each of the Sise Inn's 34 guest rooms and suites is uniquely decorated with period furnishings and reproductions. Reserve your choice in the main house or deluxe accommodations in the restored Carriage House.

Each room and suite includes private bath, hairdryer, telephone, television and VCR (some suites offer DVD players instead), iron and ironing board. Although most areas of the Inn are "non-smoking," we have several "smoking-permitted" guest rooms.

The Sise Inn has three different types of accommodations:

	Executive Rooms are ideally sized for one or two guests. Furnished with a queen, full or two twin-sized beds, each is individually decorated in a unique Victorian style.
	Enjoy a book in the comfortably furnished sitting area of our Executive Suites. Generous for two, some are designed to accommodate up to four guests. At your option, you may select a suite with a whirlpool bath or queen-sized sofa bed.
	For a truly memorable experience, treat yourself to a stay in one of the Inn's Chairman Suites. Although each suite varies slightly, these outstanding rooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and a special tub, can accommodate two to four guests in spacious style. One of them features a wonderful two-level arrangement, while the Carriage House offers two spacious, private suites, the downstairs unit with kitchenette, the upstairs suite complete with two-person whirlpool and private sauna.
